The Dr is very pleasant but I was not comfortable with her office policies. You have to leave an open credit card on file or pay in full before you leave. When I explained I was not comfortable leaving a credit card open to any charges,I felt bullied but with a smile. I had no idea what the charges were before the appointment and was told that fees would be discussed to me before services. That also was not done and I left paying $350 that I can't afford and I know my insurance will pay for. I was not told any of this before I came in for my first appointment. When the Dr came she pretended she new nothing about what transpired which I felt was pour on her part. She's the owner of the practice. Not a good practice builder to let a patient leave disgruntled. I will not be going back nor will I refer to her.
