        Great experience. Great views. Great staff! Our stay was perfect and the views of the room were amazing. This hotel sits just on the outskirts of the loop hustle and bustle so it was perfect for us. We took Amtrak into the city and was able to walk to our hotel. A short Uber ride placed us right in the heart of the city. We will absolutely be back! Rooms: Corner suites offer excellent views!

        All employees were cordial. Appreciate having non-pork options at breakfast. However, the biggest reason I wouldn't stay here again - the hard uncomfortable mattress. I unfortunately never got a good night's rest. Other downsides - hair in the shower (whhhyyyyy), parking garage that wasn't built with suvs in mind, room key didn't work for parking garage exit, terrace was closed.

        Had a great stay this past weekend. I booked a regular studio suite, however, they upgraded me to a one bedroom suite with a city view for free! I was in shock as I walked in and I'm still waiting on my final statement to make sure I wasn't charged lol. The stay was great! The only thing I would recommend would be to have a little more for the breakfast like pancakes or a waffle maker. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hopefully our next stay is great also! Rooms: Room was great.
