To be transparent: I'm writing this before the end of my program. I had a lot of debt but not a single missed payment and my credit score was average. Since enrolling with Beyond Finance 3 months ago, my credit score has tanked into the low 400. I understood that my credit score would drop but I didn't realize it would be this bad and I am seriously wishing I hadn't enrolled in the program. I could have taken this hit on my score and paid debt off faster than this. My MAIN COMPLAINT is their style of communication. I feel like I'm talking to a bot. They just keep repeating the same information over and over no matter how I word the question or how I contact them. Furthermore, it's clear that they don't review my account before responding. If they had, they'd know the copy and pasted responses they provide are irrelevant. I'm in this deep with them so I'm continuing the program but I can recommend, if you're not already late on accounts or experiencing legal action, to take your time to decide whether or not to enroll. I was told during my first phone call, when I said I had to think about it, to hurry and decide because their offer to me wasn't guaranteed and they might not be able to enroll me later. That's a hard-sell tactic and I'm disappointed in myself for not recognizing it and taking my time to think it all through and calculate it before enrolling.
