        Beautiful historic architecture, great location near all the sights, lovely bathrooms with large soaking tubs, and a fantastic premium tea selection in the morning. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, but where the hotel truly shines is the excellent customer service and amenities. Everyone we encountered seemed to do something extra to make me and my family feel welcome. Shea put together an amazing welcome basket for my son, and Emily at the front desk was very accommodating of our requests and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

        It's too bad. I obviously lost something and they didn't want to help me find it. The attitude is bad, the facilities are bad, and the room is small. Anyway, I'm speechless.

        This lovely Kimpton is located in the Financial District and well located for this 60th birthday celebration. Room is well apportioned, double queen, spacious bathroom, robes, a variety of pillow options. Check in is on the 2nd floor. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Doorman hailed us a cab, front desk was able to give us a late checkout. Next room had a barking dog, but it wasnt an issue for us and the dog didnt bark continuously. The 2nd visit to the Kimpton they were able to accommodate our early arrival. King room, 9th floor again. Super quiet, excellent service at the desk, decent sized room. This just might become my go to Chicago Hotel!
