Called to cancel a reservation as was hung up on immediately, thought it must be a mistake so I called again and was hung up on AGAIN!

Great location as we wanted to visit LGBTQI+ venues. Also the city train line right at the front door. Beds were fabulous with pillow choices. Bathroom average with water pressure the main problem. There was an 'old' smell everywhere which I suspect is the carpet. Reception were not very helpful. I felt we were more a hindrance to their day than someone helping to pay their wage. That refers to all of them. There is tea coffee in the lobby every morning, albeit average. Be warned if you are a light sleeper as the walls are very thin. We heard doors open and close all the time and conversations next door were interesting.

Walkability: Excellent location, around the corner from the Vic Theater, and right next to the train station.
