I was traveling alone for business. The room was by far one of the nicest I have stayed in, the view was unbeatable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having stayed in nearly 100 hotel rooms all over the world, I cannot say I have been to many in which I looked up what it would cost for my wife and me to return on vacation. Rooms: The room was very spacious, elegant, and modern. The window nook to sit and watch the sunrise while drinking coffee was a great design choice. Safety: The elevators require room keys to use, and security is very adamant about checking people entering the Navy Pier from outside after hours. Walkability: The Navy Pier has plenty of restaurant options without ever leaving the building, and there are still more options only a mile or so away. Easily walkable.

Views are better than any photo can show. Room layout is well planned. Security features are very comforting! At night there are police everywhere on Navy Pier and to access room floors you must have a hotel key, so there are no random people just wandering! Lastly can't say enough about the location! **Take advantage of their parking program. It sounds pricey but is wayyyyy cheaper than all other alternatives.
