Cant comment on the amenities of the property, never able to check in; wildly amusing premise. Second, they dont return phone calls and when you press them for it; they claim they were there and the phone never rang. Which, was odd, since I left a voicemail. When I texted their service agent from outside the locked building, I was delighted to wait 10 minutes for their response. To make matters worse, no refund was offered for a stay that didnt happen for a hotel that was unavailable.

The check-in process could be a lot better managed, especially when booking multiple rooms. Outside of that, the rooms were beautiful gave me a French vibe pretty close to everything for my work trip, and it was pretty quiet even with the bars and restaurants outside the gorgeous large windows.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at . Multiple calls back to back no response. Theres nobody at the front desk ever . Its day 2 and no response from the front desk or customer service. Its day 2!!! And the manager has still not called me me. How Is this hotel still opened??
