    Hotel is very old. I had something on my sheets and asked for new sheets but instead they just made the bed. No mini fridge or microwave. Kids and teen loud late at night in the hallways.

    BED BUGS! My kids and I got eaten alive! After the first night we woke up with bites and saw bugs in the bed. We left a night early but it was too late. We are still covered in bites. The free breakfast was gross. Rusty pool edges and a super tiny old elevator that we had to take turns going in. Not sure what the smell was but it smelled like chemicals. Do not recommend staying here! Super expensive parking too. Rooms: Bed Bugs! My kids and I have so many bites! Smelled like chemicals. We even woke up and saw bugs. We left a day early.

    This hotel was horrible. I do want to say, the staff were amazing. William parked us and he was so nice. The front desk was also helpful and kind. The issues are with the hotel itself. First of all the layout is insane. It took us a good 10 minutes to find our room because there was no sense of order to the room numbers. There were random hallways with rooms, and nothing made sense. Second of all, it was advertised that there was a beautiful balcony with patio furniture and a great view. Attached below are photos of that balcony. The view was of an empty construction lot, and there was no furniture. The room had no mini fridge. Which Ive never seen before in a hotel room. So we had nowhere to put our leftovers. We booked this hotel for a beautiful view out of the window, but the windows were so high up that you couldnt even see anything. You had to climb up onto furniture, and on the ledge to even see out. Photo attached. The room also felt very small and grimy. Also, nobody told us that we had to pay to park. We assumed that when we paid $180 for a one night stay at a hotel that it included parking. We travel all the time and have never run into this issue. We checked out we were told that we would get a violation in the mail for it. Luckily, the front desk lady was extremely nice and took it out of our deposit and gave us a receipt for proof that we paid. Unfortunately, we will still receive the violation and have to deal with that because no one told us we had to pay parking. It is within walking distance to the magnificent mile, but that is it. Its a pretty lengthy walk. I would use your money to stay somewhere on the magnificent mile for the same price. This hotel was not worth it at all.

The safety and security of all persons on property remains our highest priority. Our hotel has numerous preventative measures in place as it relates to the identification and reporting of any pests, which includes training of our housekeeping and engineering colleagues during routine service, third-party licensed pest control professional company that routinely inspects guestrooms, and as well an annual guestroom inspection by a third-party licensed pest control professional company, to identify any anomalies. I do apologize for any misunderstanding, however our inspection of your guestroom of occupancy confirmed no bed bug activity, as discussed with our Front Office Manager the concerns were brought to our attention in addition to arranging an alternate accommodation.(In which you declined as you wished to continue to receive In-Room Dining Service and did not want to change rooms) As a measure of reassurance, there have been no concerns of note otherwise within the room of occupancy indicated, either prior to or since your stay with us. I am very sorry to know our hotel is no longer your choice of residence in the City. We are reviewing protocol with our Leaders to ensure full communication appropriately in such circumstances and appreciate your feedback regarding your experience.

Our terrace furniture is taken away during the winter and snowy months (snowed today) and returned to the terrace once the weather breaks. We do have refrigerators and microwaves available upon request and availability of them. Our parking option is the most inexpensive when compared to all our competitors, with unlimited access to drive your vehicle in and out of the parking lot/garage. Standard Parking: $49 daily fee + tax, 1 standard car per room allowed. Our newly integrated parking system makes it easier and more convenient to pay for parking from your mobile phone. We conveniently have the QR Code signs in all Parking Areas, Elevators and at the Front Desk for a quick easy payment. Parking is available in our own parking lot with overflow into our own parking garage. Safe Travels
