I recently stayed at this hotel I was fortunate enough to experience exceptional service from Magda. From the moment I arrived, Magda greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel incredibly welcome. Her professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay truly enhanced my overall experience. Magda went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, and her friendly demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. Not only did Magda provide excellent customer service, but she also exhibited a deep knowledge of the hotels amenities and local attractions, providing valuable recommendations. I cannot praise Magda enough for her dedication to providing exceptional service. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. Shout out to the shuttle driver Alex from Armenia! He was a real pleasure to have even when he had to do an unforeseen shuttle drive at 3.45am Hotel itself is a bit dated but room was clean. Staff is great, we had a small issue which was corrected instantly. We will be back whenever we need an overlay in Chicago.
