I would not go here. Insurance was on auto-renewal. For some reason it did not get renewed. A whole month went by and I got a letter in the mail saying payment was not received even though I never changed any billing info. Now i get all of that may not be the agent's fault. Probably an issue with Safeco's auto-billing system. But how do you let your clients policy expire, and not even think of notifying your client like "Hey, why didn't you renew"? or "Are you sure want to leave us?" I just expected to have some additional line of defense. I called my agent after about 2 months of not having auto insurance and he had not a clue. He thought I still had a policy with them! Now my rates increased cause I had a lapse in coverage. Again, not entirely this agent's fault, but I just expected a little more attention towards their clients.
