This car service has provided the best transportation for Brian Jones Consultants. After many disappointing transportation experiences, we were referred to Lux. We have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism from "Sam Rafati" He made this a comfortable set up for myself and colleagues by helping with getting set up for multiple bookings. Sam followed up making sure all was in place and made our stress level drop tremendously. Everything was premium service, nice and clean vehicles with caring professional chauffeurs. With a fast-paced environment it's refreshing to see the level of customer care and satisfaction in place with Lux Dryve Executive Car Service. He outsources the job to other companies and frauds them by charging an upfront fee (ex: total fare is $500 - He will charge the customer a deposit of $150 and will tell the driver to collect $450 from the customer but when the driver gets there and finds out the remaining balance is $350, guess what he wont answer the phone. This is overall a bad experience for the customer and the driver, dont get caught up booking with this company. Service: Limousines

Sam and his assistant did a fantastic job helping to make my daughter's birthday special. Lux Dryve provided pricing that was more than fair. The Sprinter was dated and the blinds could use repairing, but overall it was a good experience.
