I was lucky enough to connect with Movi Limo in 2019 and the service has been outstanding upon every pickup, at every hour. After booking over a dozen trips, every car has not only been punctual (expected) but also immaculate from the inside out. The team communicates with the passenger once the plane lands ensuring for a smooth pickup every time. Every aspect of the experience; from booking, to on-ground communication, to pickup, to the ride itself, has been nothing but five stars. Some of the team has shared with me that they are trusted with exclusive VIP and celebrity pickups and after just one ride, it is easy to see why. The drivers are incredibly service - oriented and anticipate traveler's needs before the question even needs to be asked. For example, every car offers wifi and bottled water at my disposal In addition, all the vehicles have been absolutely premium; I think I was in an Audi every pickup. Best of all, they are very accommodating with their pricing and offer reasonable flexibility when it comes to cancellations (especially compared to other pre-arranged companies). Although I do not travel to Chicago a lot, Movi Limo makes an effort to recognize me and goes out of their way to make me feel like a VIP. In my short interactions with their booking team, they surely close every transaction with a sense of appreciation. Movi Limo has truly won me as a customer. I would highly recommend, not only for myself but would encourage my colleagues to book Movi Limo as these guys are the true professionals in their business.
