        We booked the load coming back from MA to Chicago with Cashay Spann. We agreed over the phone that my driver could not deliver next day and we need to move the appt for delivery a day after. Delivered on time with the receiver, times stamped on the BOL no late arrival. Next thing they are charging us $300 for missed delivery. On the phone call the same person I talked to was harsh and told me that that load was booked for a TEAM, absolutely not true. Even the confirmation did not show ANYWHERE that this was supposedly a load for a team. DO NOT ATKE LOADS FROM THEM, very unprofessional and scam. We are putting them on the black list.
