Rachel is the best. Shes passionate, informative and committed to her craft. The only thing that matches her technical skill is her compassion and willingness to help others heal. She is beautiful inside and out. A true asset to anyone who is in need of her services. In a world full of stale and sub-par health care systems, she truly is a breath of fresh air. Id love to hide this information and keep her as my private little gem, but that would be selfish and the world deserves better.

Rachel is amazing! She really is interested in getting you better in the long-term. I had a quad injury that wouldn't fully heal after a year, and had seen multiple doctors and PTs. It's been two weeks since my visit with Rachel and two weeks of being pain-free!!

I went here for a therapeutic injury massage, to address a flare up of a long term issue in my quads. Rachel was great. She worked to find the points that were creating tension and stress in my leg, and I have felt wholly better these last few days. I've been through PT for this injury, and this session was equally effective, if not more. This is an excellent place for sports and injury massages. Rachel's goal is to get you well, and she will even give you tips on what to do on your own. They also have a Thai massage, acupuncture, and a small cross-fit style gym. I'd highly recommend, and intend to go back if I have another flare up.
