        I've always felt rejuvenated and relaxed after receiving services from Cindy, whether it be from yoga, massage, or Reiki. I have been going to Cindy for a great massage and yoga class for several years at other locations around the city and am glad she has a home base at Yoga Body Elements. It is hard to find a good massage therapist (and yoga teacher) in Chicago but Cindy is very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. She really takes her time to figure out how to alleviate pain and discomfort (again either in yoga poses or massage) and always with compassion and without judgement. Also Yoga Body Elements often has fun events and workshops too. The space is intimate and inviting and feels like you are visiting Cindy in her home.
