Chipotle Mexican Grill

Always out of main ingredients.... literally almost every time I go they don't have any ingredients such as salad. Honey vinaigrette brown rice....this gotta be the worst location. The manager can't upkeep the place.

Do not order from Chipotle's personal app for delivery. We received someone else's order. No one at this location or ANY location answers their phone. You can not speak to a human. They offer a bot named Pepper or contacting support via their form. Our dinner was ruined. We are out $50. We were also charged delivery and service fees despite entering a promo code for free delivery that was sent to us via email. Disappointing and unacceptable.

Plastic pieces all inside chicken bowel. Didnt seem to care and didnt check the food. Ill never go back there.

They're always out of honey vinaigrette. If I was the manager I'd make sure all the main foods and sauces were available daily. Not that hard now come on

I never come to this location because Ive heard how hectic it gets. I live right by it and I rather drive further. I came here on 03/20/22 around 8:00 pm and it was SO BUSY. I mean, I felt bad for the workers. It was chaos. I waited over 5 mins just in line. Once I ordered and got my food I noticed the right was NOT cooked all the way. It was almost raw tbh, it was the hardest rice Ive ever had. While I was in line a customer came up to the cashier ( a gentlemen with a big beard) and the customer told him if he can redo his burrito because the rice was hard. The employee seemed overwhelmed and said yeah, right after we get done with the line. Mind you theres like 10 ppl in line. The customer walked away and came back 2 mins later and said you know what bro its ok, I see youre busy Employee was ok with that. After I noticed I also got UNCOOKED rice. I couldnt believe he let that customer eat that burrito with hard rice. Thats gross. Seriously, I understand when youre busy youre busy. But this is not acceptable. People can get sick. Get it together, manager.
