I cannot say enough positives about working with Salma! I have never been on the selling side before and she was there for us every step of the way! Salma was super responsive to all my questions and was very knowledgeable with the whole process. Our buyers hit us with some delays for our closing and Salma stayed positive and provided communication throughout-with all parties involved. She didnt sit back and wait for answers- she worked to get answers. Salma really went above and beyond to help us close! And for above asking! We will definitely be using her for buying as well. If youre looking for someone who is passionate about what they do to help you get the job done and as seamless as possible- work with Salma! You wont regret it!

Salma was wonderful. I was on a tight timeline and had some challenges to overcome to get the right place, but she made the process so simple and fast! I am so grateful to her! I would highly recommend her.

Don't waste your time unless you want purchase opportunities slip before even getting the chance to tour them. Basically, no follow ups and you do your own search. This realtor is more worried about her social media posts than actually doing her job. Awful experience.

When I was looking for a house, somebody asked me do you have a realtor and I said no why I'm the buyer not the seller. Come to find out that it's in your best interest to have one even if you're just a buyer. So, I made a decision to get a realtor and was told Salma Torres is top notch. Well, that was an understatement! Salma took me through the whole process from beginning to end and never stopped trying to find me a property that fit my description of what I wanted, where I wanted and my price range. After a lot of viewings, I finally found the one I wanted, and Salma worked with the other realtor to get me that house after originally missing out on it because of a higher bid. Salma was with me every step of the way every single time we looked at a house, always in contact with me, always returned my calls right away. I couldn't have asked for a better person in my journey to find a new home. Salma was like a friend. She definitely knows the ins and outs of the real-estate market and how to get you what you want. Salma will be the best person you choose when looking for your new home! When it comes time for that home inspection have her call Joe the home inspector, another top-notch person for that job.
