I had an excellent experience working with Mike and the team. They understood my situation and my timelines from the get go and were on top of things. They connected with my realtor immediately, established email communications with the attorney and the other parties required. They would send me reminders if there is a task due for a given day and what the next steps are! Also gave me a clear breakdown of the monthly payments which helped to make a decision on the right type of loan to suit my unique situation. Most importantly, the loan was processed on time! Mike came referred to us when we were trying to buy a multi-unit property in Chicago during the summer of 2023. His team (especially Brandon) was helpful, and extremely responsive during the whole loan origination process especially being first time home buyers. Mike was able to get us a rate that was literally unbelievable to other lenders and we are happy that we made the decision to go with him. Would recommend 10/10 times.
