Rimmy was excellent to work with! He assisted us in obtaining a first mortgage on a house in December 2022. Through the entire process from prequalification to closing, Rimmy was helpful, responsive, and friendly. Rimmy (and his colleague Shalaka) were able to answer my questions clearly and were great at explaining both the various disclosure documents involved and the documents that I needed to provide.
