Google won't allow me to type the extensive review I want to type but I have to do the best I can. I have been banking with Chase since before it was even called Chase. I started a self funded business and after a few years got a modest loan from chase. Fast forward almost 5 years later I needed a significant loan from them as well as the SBA for property acquisition for my business. After being told by someone at a different branch that chase didn't have a loan to fit my needs I moved on to explore other options after months of trying and an almost dead deal I was told go back to chase they can provide the funding that is needed. That is when life changed....I went into a branch met some wonderful staff there that connected me with Dori konieczna (vice president relationship manager) within minutes and we had a face to face meeting the next day. Dori went above and beyond, stayed communicative with me through the whole process as well as the emotional roller coaster of deadlines. When things looked grim she worked harder on my file and made things happen that no one thought could. She is an amazing individual and has an amazing team behind her at her branch, as well as Mike, Jill, and Gary to name a few. As I literally sit at closing writing this review I am thankful for everyone at Chase and would highly recommend Chase for your needs and especially Dori. Thank you, thank you,thank you.
