Had a fantastic experience with Barry Schwartz and his team (Jeff and Angela) at A and N Mortgage when we recently bought a condo. Barry is highly knowledgeable and talked us through the process, different options as well as patiently answered all our questions. They provided us very competitive rates, the preapproval process was a breeze and the entire mortgage application process was very streamlined and efficient. We even had another deal fall through during the condo docs review but they were able to port over our application to the next place so we didn't have to duplicate any uploading of documents from our end. Home buying can be a stressful experience but the mortgage part of it was so smooth and stress-free for us thanks to Barry and the exceptional team at A and N. Highly recommend him and he'll definitely be the first person we'd call for any future needs.
