I had no idea that preferred capital funding was this unprofessional should of did more research I applied for funding on my case my case is settled I was simply waiting for check to be mailed to my lawyer they approved the funding sent email documents for me to sign friday dec 1 signed documents still have not received the funds and today is Wednesday called them twice to find out the problem the second time i got hungup on I've got nothing but excuse and small talk totally unprofessional don't approve people for loans if you are not going to fund them at this rate I will have my settlement check and won't need them totally unprofessional

I am at awe with this company. Gave them the information they requested and was assured that my loan request was a great fit. I have already signed a settlement offer for my hernia mesh lawsuit and I get denied for a loan saying its too early in litigation to receive a loan? How much closer do I need to be to get a loan? Your underwriting department needs to be retained or restaffed.

This place should be closed down,I was also referred to PCF as many were by the attorneys office. I dont believe this place will be much assistance as many people have already indicated they are denied any advance and told to reapply in 30 days, this was also my situation! I will update this on my 2nd application if I have better success. Update 2nd application : DO NOT waste youre time attempting to get assistance with this company. If you dont have any reasonable offers on the table this place is not going to offer assistance for you @ all! They will waste valuable time stating in review and it wont help you achieve goals!
