KLO took on my case when another law firm said that I wouldn't have any case. I was hit by an at fault driver while cycling and was initially working with Catelyn (wonderfully professional and incredibly thorough!), but after some time, my case was passed along to Jack. Jack kept me up to speed with every new update and was always available to talk through things. I could not have gotten through this without Jack and the KLO team. He was my advocate and someone to lean on through it all. I'm forever grateful for Jack and KLO! Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to advocate for their clients was more than I ever could have asked for.

They were great at helping and overall good lawyers if you need somebody to do the job. 10/10 would recommend. BTW I don't do reviews that much but they did a great job for helping me in a accident I suffer.

I got hit by a car while biking last August and went to the ER. I followed all the rules and was at 0% fault. I was so stressed out about everythingmedical bills, legal support, police reports, etc. I called Keating Law Offices a few days after the incident, and Jack Dassow, an associate at Keating, answered my phone call on a Saturday night. From there, everything became so easy. No upfront pay was required. Jack thoroughly answered all my questions and helped me negotiate with the insurance companies. He also volunteered to help me file property damage claims for my totaled bike. I focused solely on recovery and my work, and a few months later, Jack informed me he had obtained full policy limits from the driver's insurance company. I recommend their service to any bike lovers. They are just very experienced and will save you a lot of time and energy.

My wife was badly injured in a bicycle accident by a negligent driver. The driver's insurance company was very reluctant to pay for the injury that she incurred. We are so glad that Mike Keating and his associates took the case. They fought hard and won the full settlement for us. It took 2 and a half years of Mike's diligent effort fighting the driver's insurance company, various hospitals, and our insurance provider to get the proper settlement. Mike Keating and his staff were wonderful and so patient. There were so many obstacles to overcome, but they never gave up fighting for us. If we could give Mike Keating and his associate, Jack Dassow, higher than 5 stars we would. They are the best in their field and we are forever grateful to them.
