I used Akin Law to represent me for a traffic crash I was involved in. Maria Merman was the lawyer that was assigned to my case. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. As soon as she was assigned my case, she provided me with her contact information, explained the process, and told me to contact her at anytime with questions. During the process, Maria took the initiative to reach out and provide status updates periodically. I left a message on their website yesterday and was just contacted by the RUDEST receptionist/ paralegal ever! I do NOT recommend. I had a horrific experience at a hospital and the guy who answers the phone for this law firm is very unprofessional and condescending. Thumbs DOWN!!!!!
