Altered Ego Fitness

I've been working out with this crew for the past five years and I can't say enough good things about Dan, the vibe and approach, the laughter, the cool folks I've met, and how strong I feel. 30 minutes of going hard and being done for the day is exactly what I need. I actually look forward to working out with them everyday. And to be honest, I hate working out.

Altered Ego Fitness is a very energetic fitness program, whether you are in person or virtual Dan strives to help you succeed. The pandemic changed how I (and most people) would work out. In person sessions weren't offered and out of necesity Zoom / virtual sessions were offered. This has been a beneficial solution. While you may say there are several online fitness programs, what separates Altered Ego Fitness from the rest is that Dan wants to help you achieve your goals. While a program is designed for the session, Dan always gives you wiggle room to make adjustments that work for you. He offers several alternatives that will accomplish the objective of the exercise and this is why a person can be successful because the program is "altered" to fit you! I highly recommend this to everyone whether you are a novice to HIIT programs or are a seasoned veteran. This is a program is rewarding!
