CVS Pharmacy

I miss the long-term staff with whom I had relationships, but the new pharmacists and pharmacy staff are knowledgable and quite accommodating. I also like that they always find and enter my discounts when I shop there.

Lifelong Walgreens customer here. Going to CVS (at least my closest location) is like taking a vacation. Invariably there are long lines and overworked employees at Walgreens. Never ANY problems at my CVS. Lots of people around to greet, help and guide me at CVS. Difference is night and day.

I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service I consistently receive when getting my medications at CVS. Their commitment to precision, respect, and genuine problem-solving sets them apart from other businesses. Even on a bad day, their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is remarkable. It's a level of service that's hard to find elsewhere.

Pharmacy tech billed insurance without permission after we told him we were going to a different pharmacy. Arrived at different pharmacy to discover he had already billed my insurance so I would have had to pay more than $50 out of pocket unless I waited and went back. I was in a lot of pain, which is why I needed it sooner. Not everyone has the freedom to wait three hours for their prescription, and he'd said the soonest he could fill the prescription was three hours from then because they wouldn't start processing until one hour after they took lunch. The least he could have done was not billed my insurance on top of not helping me. We went back and were ignored even though there were two registers. Didn't get his name, but he was about 5'5", slim, wore a white coat, and had straight, light-colored hair cut to the ears.
