Madden Sewer & Drain

I called this morning and wasn't getting in until the next day. I asked if there was any possibility if I could be put in as standby for today due to the back up severity. Madden Sewer called back a couple of hours later to let me know they could accommodate us. The specialist called when he was on his way. The service was exceptional (Travis) and the customer service (Taylor) was outstanding. When is the last time you called a company after the service to let them know what great customer service they have!!!!! Haven't had a customer experience like this in a long time!

While it only took the gentlemen about 10 minutes to clear the drain, the amount I was charged seemed way too high. This wasn't done urgently. They took three days to show up and charged us $300 for 10 minutes work. I will likely rent a drain rodder from Home Depot next time and save myself about $220 as Home Depot only charges $80/day in my area for a 1/2" x 75' power solution. I get that these guys have to make a profit but given the time I waited and the duration of the job, I feel taken advantage of.
