Ryan Brisch - Real Estate Agent

I was a first time home buyer when I started working with Ryan to purchase a new home in Chicago. I had a small timeframe and limited pockets of availability, but Ryan was great in accommodating my tight schedule. From start to finish, Ryan was with me every step of the way. He took time to sit down with me and explained the entire search/offer/close process and was there to handle any questions or requests that I had. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely select Ryan as my real estate agent. I worked with him to purchase my home and couldn't have done it without his help!

Ryan is extremely friendly and did an excellent job helping us find a place to rent. The apartments that he showed us were right in line with the criteria that we had given him and we were able to find an awesome place that is a great fit for us very quickly. Ryan made the process seamless and extremely efficient - he clearly knows Chicago very well and is enthusiastic about finding the best possible apartment for his clients while providing superior service. I am very pleased with the leasing experience that I had with Ryan and will definitely be using him in the future!

I have worked with Ryan for over 4 years on and off and he has been one of the best realtors I could work with. Buying my first home was a long process with a deal falling through and me just not liking the little things about places. Ryan was extremely patient and not pushy just to make a sale which was very much appreciated. He has a good knowledge of the Chicago market and very good at explaining the process as we went along. I would absolutely recommend working with him and I will definitely go back to him when I look at purchasing a second home.

As a first time home buyer, and someone very interested in learning more about real estate, I had an endless stream of questions for Ryan. He was very patient with me throughout the process and very knowledgeable in his responses, which I greatly appreciated. If he didn't know the answer to something, he made a point to reach out to his other real estate contacts and get an answer for me. I was very particular in my home search. We ended up seeing probably somewhere around 15-20 homes, and putting in several offers before landing the one I wanted. The condo that I ultimately ended up buying turned out to be a short sale. Ryan informed me that he had never done a short sale before, but his real estate partner had and would be able to help us with any obstacles along the way. The whole process from offer to closing ended up taking about 5 moths, most of which was just spent waiting for the seller's bank to process the paperwork. Ryan was great throughout and persistent in contacting the seller's bank for updates and keeping me in the loop. Just a warning to those considering a short sale - it can be a frustratingly long process with weeks or months going by in which you get no updates from the seller side making you wonder if the deal is ever going to go through. Having Ryan on your side makes the process much more bearable, and you can rest assured that he is pushing them for updates as often as possible. From start to finish, I spent a total of 7 months going through the process of searching for and buying my first home. Considering the length of time, the frustrating short sale process (waiting for seller's bank), and the fact that the unit I purchased was just a small studio (not a huge commission for him), Ryan was incredibly patient and available throughout the process. He has a great enthusiasm for his job and a great attitude. I highly recommend him, especially if you're a first-time home buyer.
