        Made an appointment. Called the following day to confirm some details. Said they don't have the appointment and they are really busy that day. 2nd worst H&R Block I've dealt with. The worst office was the one on S Halsted that we are trying to get away from for all the mistakes they made on our form.

        I didnt know anything about Taxes but this company made the things SUPER EASY for sexond year in a row. Our Tax Pro Tracy is the most knowledgeable, patient, efficent and KIND professional that I had to work with during the last year. She solved evrything we needed guiding us thru the process.
