        This is our 3rd year going back. The vibe was very welcoming. We didn't feel uncomfortable at all. We had good conversations with Karla & the other staff members. Karla explained the whole process & even answered our questions regarding my taxes. Originally we were referred by a family friend but now we refer our good friends to Karla as well. We plan on going back this year!
