I had my 2020 taxes at this location, me and my wife went for state and federral taxes along with ITIN application in March 2021. Since it was ITIN, it was a paper filling, i was told by the CPA that I wouldn't worry about min of 3-4 months in order to get the Itin details. I followed up in August asking whats the status and when was the package mailed in, initially it took me long time to get hold off the CPA, since this branch closes as soon as its done with tax filling last date. After long time when I got hold of the CPA she told me that it was mailed sometime in May 2021, I was like why did it took more that 1.5 months to send over the package and she just gave me an excuse that the mailing person had got it late. Then after that in Sept I got my wifes ITIN, I requested the CPA to file the state immediately since it would also have to be mailed in, and she assured me that she will be sending the state now that we have my wifes ITIN. I circled back in November, same scenario where its so difficult to get hold of the CPA, they never call you back, this kept on happening until December too and so in Jan mid and finally after lot of regular followups she told me that she sent my state tax at the end of October, I was so frustrated by this that I called the Illinois State tax Department and they told me that they recieved the package in Jan mid (2022) and it would take min 6-7 weeks to process this. Good thing: are I got my federal taxes to the amount which I was supposed to, also she did the ITIN for free due to which I am giving two stars
