        Sent them an email with my repair request exactly as was I instructed by their voice-mail and website and haven't heard from them in several days. Not even a "hey got your email but we're busy and will get back to you later" so guess this place is bust. Looking for another TV repair place in Chicago now

        Paid $500 to restore/refurbish vintage Marantz. A year or so later pots scratchy again at low volumes. Which is fine most of the time.

      This is not a customer at all, didn't leave anything for repair, didn't pay for anything. Denzel Payne (if that's his real name) came into the repair shop and wanted one of our techs to show him how to fix his TV. Really !We informed Denzel Payne we are NOT a school and don't offer classes. Then Denzel Payne insulted the counter person and left the store mumbling something venomous. We have a great security video with sound of him do just that.When the weather is warm all the wingnuts come out from under their rocks.
