Dollar Tree

Terrible experience. The employees don't even know their own policies/ procedures set forth by Dollar Tree. They were also rude. I tried to exchange something yesterday for the exact same product, just a different color. I didn't have the receipt so they would not do an exchange, even though it explicitly says on their website that you can do an exchange without a receipt. I highly recommend that all employees are brought up to speed on current policies and procedures and/ or if they can't do exchanges any further, update their website. When I asked to speak to the manager, she got defensive and told me that the Dollar Tree website was lying. Totally unprofessional. Per their website as of 12:11 pm on 4/7/24: "At Dollar Tree, we want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with merchandise purchased in our stores, please speak with one of our associates. With original receipt, items can be exchanged for another item, or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Without the original receipt, items can be exchanged at the current scanned price. Refunds and exchanges are not provided for gift cards or prepaid financial cards."

It's always crowded in there and they only be having one or 2 lines open. Hire more cashier's

It was good I found a beautiful coffee cup to take my coffee to work with me Love it plus my cashier he was friendly and helpful.
