Todd and his amazing staff have taken care of me for years. They make a process that no one enjoys less painful! Highly recommend Todd Bacon!

I used Todd Bacon for four years for our taxes. The first three years, I liked his company. They were responsive and everything was done on time. We always met with him over the phone and used his secure portal to upload our documents. This year, we uploaded all of our documents on time. Todd's office never reached out to set up our tax appointment, so I called to set one up. After some back and forth, our taxes were ultimately submitted late, through nothing we had control over. When our papers were shown to us before they were submitted to the IRS, we alerted Todd that the address on our form was incorrect. It was a previous address. We were assured that it was corrected on the submitted forms. Then, we never received our return. Todd's office did not submit the direct deposit information, even though they had it from years past and never asked us for updated information for the form. A paper check was mailed...to our old address because that was the address on the form. I reached out to Todd's office multiple times through phone and email. I left messages, talked to people who assured me I would hear back the next day, and emailed Todd directly. No one ever contacted me back. This left us navigating filing a missing return form all on our own. We will never be using Todd Bacon in the future.

Todd has been our accountant for 10 years now. He has taken care of our personal and business accounting needs. My favorite part about his services is that he does all the worrying and work so I dont have to.
