Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went there for the first time with my son on Friday. Wonderful service, very clean and organized as well. The highlight was the cheese curds. So delicious! This place has great management and great workers.

Ordered chicken strips and no sauce was put in the bag. Wasnt able to go back and pick it up because i picked up my food during my lunch break. Very frustrating

My first review of my local Freddy's is below. While that visit was great, my last two visits have not been. My most recent visit was yesterday. I entered the restaurant and was not greeted by anyone. It seemed that putting whipped cream canisters in a refrigerator was more important than taking any orders. As we were about to walk out, someone finally decided to wait on us. It took forever to get our order and when it came, everything tasted burnt. Another customer's pick up order was not filled correctly. When our food was called they put it on the counter and walked away. I had to get their attention to ask for some sauce. The restaurant did not seem very clean and there was constant cold air blowing on us which made our food cold. Our last visit before this also wasn't that great but we thought we'd give them another chance. We will NOT be coming back to this restaurant ever again after this terrible visit. We observed other customers and the service overall didn't seem great. Good food and fast service. Staff was friendly.

Went there to get some fries on a Sunday afternoon during my 30 min lunch break. When I walk in the dining room was a disaster with unlearned or wiped down tables. 2 young ladies were in line in front of me. 3 minutes later an employee comes to take their order. After their orders were taken he walks back to kitchen area and starts a conversation with the other employees in back, completely ignoring me and the customer that has entered behind me. This is a normal occurrence at this location.

Luke is the best employee. They make my visit worth it and so very wonderful! I skip Culver's to see them and they make my food top notch! Keep them at all costs! Update: Luke needs to be like store manager, he's got things in order everytime I come and seems his staff respects him. Cleanliness of this store is also top notch! Great job Freddie's!
