I was a bit nervous about staying in a new hotel. I usually have only one I stay in when I visit Illinois, but this one is my new favorite! I will be staying here again. The rooms are clean. The pool area was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we had no issues checking in. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back.

I encountered a very unpleasant administrator, a rude person who closed the door in front of us while we were standing outside, took a pack of cigarettes from us and calmly left. When we asked him to give us cigarettes and open the door, he even began to use profanity. In general, the room was clean, but from the point of view of the staff, I was immediately disgusted. I do not recommend this hotel, if you meet this person, you will leave a bad impression of the very beautiful city of Crystal Lake. thank you

Do not stay here. Housekeeping counted 2 pillows on one bed 4 on the other. There are 3 per bed. I used one in my bed and was charged 30 dollars for a pillow they claimed I stole. Look at the cctv tape. Nothing. When I talked to corporate they informed me the hotel wouldn't take it on and closed it. Any construction workers do not stay here go anywhere else. Terrible upper management. Stay away all they care about is money. No phone call to me they just snatched money. Why would I want an old pillow I have my own at home. Do not stay there Walkability: None
