        I was completely blown away today with the great customer service I had just experienced with Linda the catering manager. She went above and beyond as I was having an office meeting and had issues placing the catering order. She was very kind and understanding. The food is always fantastic at this location as well. I definitely recommend this Potbelly to everyone. Thank you for saving my lunch meeting Linda.:)

        I love Potbelly, it is my favorite place to get a sandwich. But this particular one in Crystal Lake is absolutely terrible when it comes to delivery. Four times in a row theres been an issue. They couldnt accept my payment (even though my card wasnt expired and I had sufficient funds). They delivered late twice, and marked my food as delivered when it never showed up. Its frustrating when a place you love just cant do simple things right and make things complicated
