I was going to leave quietly but they were petty and paid me wrong on my last check. Ex supervisor here so I will spill all the beans about this place. Great place to work if you don't like to work, don't like to follow rules and policies. Most of the supervisors don't have the back bone to do the job and just let the worker's do as they please. Supervisors here depend on the leads to do all the work for them and don't make sure if they are doing a good job. Most of the leads stay on overtime not working so basically stealing overtime cause no one checks thier hours and asked them why they stay and what they did while they stayed oversafety is not number one here cause none of the supervisor's do their jobs and make sure workers are actually using the PPE causing multiple recordables especially in the same areas. Head plant manager is to weak and no back bone to do the job and doesn't enforce accountability and if a supervisor does hold the worker's accountable then HR looks the other way as if it never happened . I did meet a couple of good leads here, but most of them are useless just point fingers at each other. All the leads on 1st shift constantly doing each other in, blaming other's, and just sit down causing future production issues in order to create overtime for Saturday. The worse part is the front office who order materials and then schedulers who have been here a while and still can't do the job right and not schedule things the right way. They get no accountability and get a slap on the wrist while production has to create miracles cause the front office and scheduling drop the ball like always. Basically the worse job I ever had but I came to work every day and let it be cause that's how this place runs, nothing I say or do was going to change the culture here. They want change but front office area needs to be cleaned out and hire all new people who take the job seriously if they want change for real. One supervisor caused so many issues on 2nd shift that 5 new supervisors were hired while he was never held accountable and should of been let go a long time ago due to him wanting to be friends with the workers instead of doing the job correctly and smoke every half hour outside . Lot of employees are under the influence or drinking on the job and the company looks the other way until someone gets hurt then time to fill out a report. As a worker great place, as a supervisor or manager then good luck to you!
