This is Richard Jones. I have stage 4 cancer and am unable to get out of my hospital bed. You refused to do my taxes this year and left my children with a mess. You know as well as me, a former accountant, you could have done my taxes on the accurate information provided to you by my children but decided to give my taxes back to them right before the filing deadline creating a major headache for them. Luckily, Crowder CPA got us in and filed my taxes before the filing deadline, they also amended things that you filed incorrectly in the past, I cant say enough about what Crowder did for me. You've been doing my taxes for years and knew about my situation but flat out didn't care. I would NEVER recommend you for anyone to have their taxes done by you. I am highly disappointed with your level of professionalism and the lack of concern for my situation.

He dropped my father as his tax preparer out of nowhere with no reason given and left him out to dry just like the review above.
