    Our baby discharged from a lengthy hospital stay with oxygen and Lincare became our suppliers. We have had positive interactions with every staff member we have encountered, but Kristen has been especially kind, thorough, patient, and supportive. She is valued and appreciated!

    I have been attempting to obtain my husband in getting a cpap. This began in the Terre Haute store. Weeks, yes, weeks have come and gone with zero progress. In one hour, Kristen from the Tilton location has the orders and documentation needed. A+ communication A+ speed A huge thank you to her!

    I would give negative stars if possible. Repeated issues with billing and customer service. You can pay your bill at the local office but they have no way to give you a copy of the invoice you are paying. (They told us that they can't see billing information unless it is specifically sent to their office.) We were told we could pick up a copy of an invoice that we had billing send them, and said we would be there in 15 minutes. My husband was at their front door at that time and the door was locked. He could see people inside who noticed him, but despite knocking repeatedly it took 20 minutes, and talking to someone leaving the building and walking to their car for him to be allowed inside. The phone system is horrible. Even the local reps tell you to enter a "1" as though you are calling from a doctor's office because no one answers the customer service line! We asked several times to be taken off autoship, and it took 5 asks to accomplish it. Also, they won't Email information to you because their company doesn't "do" emails to outside domains. Finally finished paying the lease on the CPAP and will never use them again.
