        I had turned my car on to warm up because it was freezing outside and got locked out of my car. I called and the lady said 30 minutes to an hour and they had someone already. Paid for it and then was getting texts saying they are trying to find someone. Called back and was transferred to dispatch and this lady was honest with me and said they were trying to find someone and it might be a while. Tried calling back and no one would answer. Finally got a text saying they canceled my request because they could not find anyone. The nice lady from dispatch called me a few minutes later and told me they couldn't find anyone and would be refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY LIED TO ME

        Got locked out of my car and needed a lock smith. Scheduled for a appt from this company- i waited an hour. No one came they didnt have any lock smith available. I cancelled and requested a refund. They stated it would be a cancellation fee lol I literally paid $115 for no one to show up and they want a cancellation fee. I dont Recommend using this place, please call your local tow trucking company or locksmith bc they will get to you faster than this company will.

        It didn't cut the key correctly and was overly expensive. I will never use it again. The only good thing about was I got a refund with no hassles. I'm very disappointed with this experience.
