        Pizza was undercooked. Lobby was a mess. They were out of ingredients for multiple entrees we had come to order and the staff was openly talking poorly about the customers waiting for their orders in the lobby.

        Terrible experience!! They Need more people to work at this location. The 2 employees got over whelmed and were extremely rude. I said hey I did an online order and cut me off and said she couldnt give me information right now and I had to wait. The employee didnt ask for my name or what my order was and then proceeded to help everyone else and gave free bread sticks out to a group of girls that came in after me. I placed my order exactly an hour before I came up here because I already knew they would be busy. After this experience I will not be coming back to this location. Just terrible!
