        While I was picking up a scheduled pick-up 4 days later than I needed the car originally I was told to wait while he answered the telephone. They picked up fine before I rented a car. Now that I've had it two weeks, and my insurance is paying they won't answer my call. I've been on the phone twice over 10mins on hold. The company should fire that guy if they really truly care about their customers. I will never use enterprise again. I need to know if I can drop off my rental in another location and they won't even pick up the phone.
