        End of November called for a no heat issue. Tech #1 came out and addressed the issue. While on site tech #1 was also asked to check the humidifier for any issues. Tech #1 did and said everything was great. Verbally told my wife that there were no issues! ( Lie ). Not even a month later the humidifier is leaking water and the cover is not sealed on the side of the furnace. Call advantage to come address issue. Tech #2 says there is a crack in the housing and we should NOT have to pay for this service call because not more than a month ago Tech #1 checked it all out. Tech #1 is now doing another job function because obviously he has no clue as to what he is doing. Manager tells my wife we called for a no heat issue. Does it say anything on the invoice about a humidifier issue?? No, because while tech #1 was at our house we asked to have the humidifier checked as well. Manger says too bad and charges us $188. Now, if the manager would of worked with us because we are the customer and even his tech #2 agrees with us, everything would be ok. Not so! I'm reporting this shady company to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs! Tech #2 was great....fyi
