I was extremely nerves going in for my first initial visit but Im glad I did because Ive been going for a couple of months now! Front desk Lisett is so joyous and always helpful! I have a busy schedule so its perfect that they do walk-in appointments. Dr.Tom is out of this world amazing! He is professional and friendly. He has been adjusting my back and now My agonizing back pain is now gone! Thank you Dr.Tom!

The lady upfront was very helpful and friendly explaining what I needed to do. The Dr explained what was needed to get my body back to were it's supposed to be all in all it was my first visit to a chiropractor and I am glad I decided to go.

My experience here at the Elgin location started great. Dr. Aaron took great care of me, he was kind and caring and knew exactly what adjustments my body needed. I always felt relief and like I was receiving the kind of care I should receive. Unfortunately this is not the kind of care I was left with due to another dr. I believe his name is victor- they had me see him one time about 3 weeks ago and immediately it was unhelpful and left with more pain than I came in with. About 4 days ago I came in and again had to see victor because there were many people waiting to see dr Aaron. This time was much worse. He made me feel so uncomfortable in the way he was talking to me- like I was stupid, as if I didnt know what was going on in my body. He then began giving me adjustments that were ineffective and not suited to my specific needs. The last adjustment that was supposed to be geared toward the pain my lower back, he put all his weight and pressure onto my right shoulder. Immediately I felt intense sharp pain go through my shoulder and started crying. He was questioning me, asking why I was feeling pain and saying things like this has never happened before. He continued to question me and made me feel like it was my fault he had hurt me.. I left crying and now have a shoulder injury. I emailed them to let them know what happened and the only response I received was a call from dr Aaron asking if I want to come back in to get adjusted more. Ive had bad experiences with multiple chiropractors before but this was the worst of them. When you come in to be adjusted you are entrusting your health and body to this dr. Its a very vulnerable thing especially when you live with chronic pain. I am severely disappointed with how I was treated and will never trust chiropractors again.
