Flowers have been delivered twice. The first time they were absolutely disgusting and completely dead. The second batch was only half dead. Dont waste your money on this florist.

This is the worst experience I have had with a florist. My first mistake is not realizing this is not a brick and mortar business. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 12/10/21 for a funeral. As of 12/14/21 the flowers were stuck in customs because the flowers were coming from Colombia, although the UPS tracking shows India. No where on their website does it state any of this info that flowers come from another country. The flowers are due to arrive 12/15/21 and will probably be dead! When you call the number you get a "thank you for you call and leave a message." It does not even say the company name! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE OR FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!

The flowers my brother order for his girlfriends birthday were dead upon arrival. There is no phone number to call for a refund or return. Pretty convenient for the company, so people cannot reach them. Would not recommend ordering AT ALL.

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and was so disappointed The flowers were half dead and they had mold all over them. I contacted the company by email and they said they would replace them. That was Thursday and today is Saturday so Im hoping she gets more by today or Monday at the latest. This was the first time Ive ever ordered through Amazon, who uses this company. And it will most definitely be my last. I usually go through ProFlowers, looks like I will deal with ProFlowers from here on out. I will be writing another review to let everybody know if they were placed the flowers. Hello Im back, today is March 31, 2022, and guess what? They did not replace the flowers!! I am disgusted with this company they are the worst. Dont waste your time or your money on this company. I am very shocked that Amazon would you such a company. Im ordering new flowers for my mom, from proflowers.com they are awesome and they always back their product 100%.
