AVI Alliance Systems HVAC promised efficiency but delivered disappointment. After installation, our energy bills skyrocketed, and the system failed to adequately heat or cool our home. Customer service was unresponsive, leaving us in the cold (or heat) with no solution in sight.
AVI Alliance Systems HVAC is a complete letdown. Not only did the installation process take far longer than promised, but the system itself is incredibly noisy and unreliable. Multiple repairs were needed within the first year, and each time, it felt like pulling teeth to get a technician out to fix the issue.
Avoid AVI Alliance Systems HVAC at all costs. Their units are prone to frequent breakdowns, leaving you without heating or cooling when you need it most. The lack of durability is appalling, considering the premium price tag. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company.
Purchasing from AVI Alliance Systems HVAC was a costly mistake. Not only did the system fail to meet our heating and cooling needs, but the installation team left a mess behind, damaging our property in the process. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare, with long wait times and dismissive attitudes.
