        Spoke with a serviceman on the phone and boy was he rude. Disrespectful couldn't let me finish the sentence before he interrupted me and said something smart. I will never never go back to Ralph helm and buy anything or have anything fixed. Just one nasty person that works there

        This is the only place to go for power equipment. Very knowledgeable staff, great service department and a wide selection of equipment. These guys are the only people I allow to work on my snowblowers and mowers. Absolutely the best
