Dawn's been a great help with coordinating my equipment rentals these past few months. She's dedicated to the job and has a quick response time. Consolidating all our orders to one point of contact has offered us greater convenience and flexibility than before.

I was on the phone with representative D.Byers for 10 minutes in an attempt to put a piece of equipment on reserve for pick up. She was insistent on needing business information. I asked if it was possible to fill out necessary paperwork once I arrived. She stated that it was possible but if someone comes in to rent this exact piece of equipment they would get it because they have an account set up already. Not wanting to risk driving an hour and not having the equipment she provides me her email and I send over all requested information. So I started my trip from Plainfield to Elk Grove and about 30 minutes into my ride we get a call from United Rentals stating that they rented out the piece of equipment and it os no longer available. What a waste of time, energy, and money. Horrible customer service all around.

United is always on top of rentals, anything I need is always received in a timely manner! Tom is the best!

Awesome service Called for an issue with the trailer and the response was instant Thank you Andrea Taylor Also, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you Eric Keep up the good work
