    We've been paying rents and all utility bills on time, and when we moved out, we cleaned the apartment very well and even rented a carpet cleaner to clean it up. It was probably better than when we moved in. Two weeks later, we got a bill from them saying we owe them over $350 most of which are $311 of "insufficient notice fees" even though we've paid all the bills ON TIME. In addition, they are withholding our Security Deposit. We lived there for two years and, the day we moved out, we were so happy that we don't have to deal with them again. Now we have to go back and ask them why they are doing those ridiculous things. We thought those kind of things will never happen to you if you did everything right. Obviously it does not matter if the property is managed by a bunch of horrible people. NOTE: if you are just visiting and considering moving in, they look really nice and welcoming, but once you are in, expect bad attitude for the rest of your stay. Hopefully we will get our money back; if not, we will take it to some renters protection agency. We will fight for this.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! By far the worst experience its a dirty and shady community. I had just turned one month living here and I had to call the cops because a neighbor was being extremely loud, saying very scary things to who ever they were living with and I felt in danger here. I had to call the cops once more a few weeks after that to have them go check that unit where that person lives to make sure no one was in danger. Also, dont let them fool you with the amenities because its not worth it. They have two pools and they never keep them clean. In fact when the season is ending they let the larger pool turn green its disgusting. If you have a nice car, be prepared to come out side and see scratches and dents from people being absolutely careless. The halls ways always smell terrible, theres always trash left outside of the trash shoot. When I would go to take my dog out there was always random people coming in and out the building that didnt even live here they would hang out by the stares till someone let them in. Many times when I went out to take my dog out as well, there was also dog poop in a bag left inside by the door before heading out of the building. I went to go get my mail, I took the elevator and got stuck. I had to call the fire department to come let me out because the help button was not working. The staff is not helpful, theyre just trying to get you to sign the lease as well. Before you decide to sign a lease here ask exactly what you will be charged for because they dont tell you about so many hidden fees. Be prepared to pay a full month of rent even if that month your only there for 13 days. And no, it doesnt matter if youre out before the end date they will still make you pay that month. The leasing agents will not communicate any of this to you. They just care about getting you to sign a lease. Specially Caitlin. She is rude, very unprofessional, passive aggressive and has the worst customer service. They paint these apartments to by luxury. Its all false! Do yourself a favor and dont put unnecessary stress on your selves by committing to a 6 or 12 months lease here.
